27 Mar Alicia Morgan – Director of HR

Lee & Mason is pleased to announce the promotion of Alicia Morgan to Director of
Human Resources.

Alicia joined Lee & Mason in 2021 as an established human resource professional. Prior
to joining Lee & Mason her experience included successful roles within a large nonprofit
healthcare organization and an international insurance company.
Alicia has spent the last year fine-tuning Lee & Mason’s employment programs,
ensuring that our team is properly qualified to meet our client’s needs while also
thriving within the organization. She has also implemented several directives to address
the ever-changing vendor management landscape.

managers, and employees. Alicia has many years of experience working in Human
Resources and we are very happy to have her as part of our management staff” said

Alicia resides in the Northville area with her husband and three children. Her family are
avid sports fans and love the outdoors.
