Lee & Mason is pleased to announce the recent launch of Intrex, an entirely new insurance tracking system. This launch continues Lee & Mason’s commitment to technology and security enhancements that will benefit our client base. Intrex was designed from inception as a cloud-native application utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) for the ability to scale to any size portfolio. Intrex takes advantage of the latest technology and security standards including data encryption in transit and at rest, multi-factor authentication, and a cross-region datacenter footprint for resiliency.
The fresh user interface was designed to be easy to use and intuitive, as well as the ability to track all types of collateral from vehicles to residential and commercial real estate. Clients are presented with a clickable dashboard giving them a simple way to see the insurance status on the entire portfolio immediately. Intrex reduces the need for email by including an integrated ticketing system for secure communication between the client and the Lee & Mason tracking services personnel and they are stored in a queue-based system for easy tracking of requests. A secure file cabinet is also included within the application for easy sending and receiving of files and reports in a safe manner.
