20 Mar Lynde Gander – CFO

Lee & Mason is pleased to announce the promotion of Lynde Gander to Chief Financial
Officer.

Lynde joined Lee & Mason in December 2013. She started as an Assistant Controller
before later being promoted to Vice President and Corporate Controller and
subsequently, Chief Financial Officer. Lynde has taken on a variety of key roles at Lee
and Mason including financial reporting, managing our Accounting Department and
serving as an officer of the company. Lynde received a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
from Ithaca College and her Master’s degree in Business Administration from Kennesaw
State University.

“Lynde is a major asset to Lee & Mason. She has improved our financial reporting
capabilities and added additional financial analytics for management review” said
President and CEO, Gregg Ryan. “I thank Lynde for her contributions and look forward
to continued growth and efficiencies in the accounting department.”

Lynde is proud to be working and living in her hometown of Northville, NY with her
husband and three children.
