At Lee and Mason, our goal is to provide your financial institution with an on-going curriculum of training in order to achieve your full income potential and improve your member or customer relationships. We will strive to support your management team and branch staff with the knowledge and sales skills needed to grow your business products with our company.
We have the ability to provide face-to-face modules or web-based training for all of your staff. We will work together to design a Training Success Plan to support the programs that you have with us.
We will also provide additional training updates on a quarterly basis that will focus on soft selling skills, such as, member and customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
