Lee & Mason is pleased to announce the promotion of Alicia Morgan to Director of Human Resources.
Alicia joined Lee & Mason in 2021 as an established human resource professional. Prior to joining Lee & Mason, her experience included successful roles within a large nonprofit healthcare organization and an international insurance company. Alicia has spent the last year fine-tuning Lee & Mason’s employment programs, ensuring that our team is properly qualified to meet our client’s needs while also thriving within the organization. She has also implemented several directives to address the ever-changing vendor management landscape.

Alicia resides in the Northville area with her husband and three children. Her family are avid sports fans and love the outdoors.
