Adam Guillaume
Claims Manager
An Upstate NY native, Adam graduated from The State University of New York at Oneonta with a Bachelor of Science degree. Before joining Lee & Mason, Adam had more than a decade of insurance claims experience, working as a liability, total loss and litigation adjuster at several well reputed firms specializing in personal, commercial, heavy equipment and public sector insurance. Since joining Lee & Mason, Adam has worked to improve operating efficiencies within the department with a particular focus on successful skip tracing and repossession efforts. He has also enhanced our claims data analytics, allowing management to more quickly respond to a changing and challenging loss environment. Adam resides in the Saratoga Springs area, where he lives with his wife and two daughters. He is an avid outdoor sports fan and enjoys fishing, hunting, cooking and watching football.
Morgan Bitel
Account Executive
A New Hampshire native, Morgan graduated from the University of Southern NH with a Bachelor of Science in Business. Prior to joining Lee & Mason, Morgan spent nearly two decades in retail management. Morgan works out of our Louisville, KY office and supports a significant client network in her role as account executive while also coordinating Lee & Mason’s marketing and re-branding efforts. Morgan is an animal lover who fosters special needs cats through her local humane society and enjoys spending time with her horse named Lucy.
Stephanie Akers
MortgageHazard.com Account Manager
Stephanie has worn many hats in her career. She started with the Walt Disney Company in 2012 followed by graphic design, child care and healthcare before landing at Lee & Mason. Stephanie works out of our Louisville, KY office where she is responsible for the backend setup of MortgageHazard.com which includes troubleshooting, auditing and pro-active problem solving for colleagues, customers and carriers. Stephanie’s passions outside of work include studying theater and watching films.
