The notice of loss (claim form) can be easily filled out, with supporting claims documents attached at the same time. However, if you’re interrupted by other tasks, you can save your data entry; then complete the notice of loss later.
Data on each claim is live and our client users can easily communicate with Lee & Mason’s claims representatives through the Notes tab. All supporting documents for the claim are saved under Attachments tab for ongoing reference.

She’ll also supply you with an instruction guide. But the new system, being intuitively designed, is so easy to use you probably won’t need a tutorial to file a notice of loss or to monitor status of a new open claim.
