Ashley Golding

Ashley joined the Lee and Mason team in early 2026 and works out of the Louisville office. With 10 years of restaurant management experience, she has pivoted her career-earned skills in interpersonal communication, training, and project implementation to focus on clients’ needs and support Lee and Mason producers as an Account Executive. She is dedicated to fostering strong client connections and an open line of communication to meet people right where they are, no matter the need. Outside of work, Ashley is a self-described “Disney Adult”, enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and is starting to explore new hobbies and opportunities like running, Hyrox, various crafts, and being involved in charities and events that support children with autism and their families.
