Joann Konermann

Joann Konermann is the newest team member to join the Louisville, KY office and works on the MortgageHazard.com customer service team. Before joining Lee & Mason, Joann worked in the advertising and health insurance industries and earned a degree in Strategic Communication from Indiana University. Joann brings several years of customer service experience to the team and enjoys working to solve our client’s problems quickly and efficiently. Joann lives in New Albany, IN with her boyfriend and young German Shepard who keeps them on their toes. On the weekends, she will likely be found thrift shopping, trying new restaurants, or relaxing at home.
