Joann brings several years of customer service experience to the team and enjoys working to solve our client’s problems quickly and efficiently. Joann lives in New Albany, IN with her German Shepard who keeps her on her toes. On the weekends, she will likely be found thrift shopping, trying new restaurants, or relaxing at home.
