Margaret Donohue

Margaret is a member of the Intrex Customer Service team in the Louisville, KY office. With a background in management within the food service industry, she brings several years of customer service experience to her role. Margaret earned her degree in Marketing with a minor in Spanish from Indiana University and enjoys using her Spanish-speaking skills to connect with and assist a diverse range of customers.

Known for her friendly, approachable demeanor and solutions-focused mindset, she is committed to creating positive customer experiences and ensuring clients feel supported every step of the way.

Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new restaurants and coffee shops, thrifting, and baking up new creations.
