Samantha Riggs came to Lee and Mason with an extensive background in customer service for over 15+ years. She joined us in 2018 and took on the role as our Customer Service Manager for the Insurance Tracking Division. During her time here, Samantha has been able to develop and grow the customer service department. Samantha’s focus is dedicated to maintaining the best quality service to our customers and providing the necessary tools for her team to be successful as the company continues to expand. Samantha loves to travel and spends most of her time with her two children. Outside of the office, most evenings are dedicated to volleyball or soccer practices while weekends are spent back and forth to games.
